Bruce Moncrief started Moncrief Bail Bonds in 1978. He was the FSAA Bondsman of the Year in 2000. Bruce is actively involved in the bail associations both locally and nationally. He is also a previous Officer and Director of the FSAA. He has been the president of the Tri-county bonding association 3 terms. He is also designated by the State of Florida as an instructor for the Bail certification courses and continuing education.

Virgina (Jenny) Shumate has been an employee and licensed agent of Moncrief Bail Bonds since 1978. She has been a manager and vice president and has extensive bail experience. She is a member of PBUS, the National Bail Bond Association, and she is a member of FSAA the Florida Surety Association.

Dave Mollison has been a licensed agent for over 26 years. He has also been a licensed private investigator for over 30 years. Dave has been an employee of Moncrief Bail Bonds for over 8 years. He is an instructor designated by the State of Florida for the basic certification course and continuing education. He is the author of Modern Day Bounty Hunting. Dave was honored as the FSAA Bail Agent of the Year for 2003. In 2005, he served on the board of directors of the Florida Surety Association (FSAA). In 2006, he served on the Tri-County Bonding Association as vice president.

Dan Ravan has been a licensed bail bond agent since 1981. He is well versed in the all release issues. He is knowledgeable in handling immigration, supersedes, and other bond types. He has worked for Moncrief Bail Bonds for over 15 years. He is a member of PBUS and FSAA. Dan will assist you with his extensive knowledge on the day shift.

A.J. “Bud” Strickert has been a licensed agent for over 20 years. He has been working for Moncrief Bail Bonds for over 15 years. Bud is an ex-marine with military experience. Let Bud’s bail experience assist you on the night shift.

Melissa King has worked for Moncrief Bail Bonds since the beginning of her bail bond career in 2000. She worked first as a temporary agent and then has since worked as a fully licensed agent. Melissa covers the weekend morning shifts and the Monday evening shift in the office. Her positive, upbeat spirit will help assist you with incarceration issues.

Heather West has been working for Moncrief Bail Bonds since 1998. She double majored in college with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology. She continued her education by getting licensed as a bail bond agent. Heather has assisted clients with bonds as large as $250,000. She is a member of the Florida Surety Association and the Professional Bail Agents of the United States.

Bill Huurman is a licensed bail agent and a private investigator. He is the manager of the Forfeiture Department and handles all forfeiture issues. Christina is the court notice and forfeiture clerk. She calls to remind defendants of their required court appearance. She has an Associates Degree from Seminole Community College. Christina works hard for all of our clients, and will assist you with your bail bond questions.

Cory is in training for her bail license. She is completing the necessary requirements to become licensed in the state of Florida. She can assist you in bail questions and paperwork. Mary Moncrief is a licensed temporary agent. She primarily handles administrative tasks within the office. Mary is the wife of Bruce Moncrief. She has been working part-time for Moncrief Bail Bonds since 2003. She is a registered nurse and mom of two. She is a member of both the Professional Bail Agents of the United States and the Florida Surety Association.

Nathan West is not only the office Accountant but he is also a licensed bail agent. He ensures quick return of collateral to clients. Nathan has a bachelors degree in Education, and is actively pursuing higher education in accounting. Nathan is a member of PBUS and FSAA. He is a licensed agent and has been working for Moncrief Bail Bonds since 2003.
